What is a Pilates Springboard?

Springboard has a wall-mounted desk, with Pilates Cadillac resources.

The grip is usually 20 inches long and 6 feet high and adds springs of varying length and tension, with belts, foot straps, and hoops that can be mounted on the springs. On one side there are ten shoes, which make up the springs.

How can a Pilates Springboard help me when I need physical therapy?

At Bergenfield Physical Therapy, you will find a wide range of therapies and techniques that will help you restore good muscle function and improve the immune system and its mechanical potential.

The treatment will consist of various exercises - this is where the Pilates Springboard will help you recover/regain the correct functional supplement that you lost in the movement system. This is possible due to proper and specific exercises and programs, both therapeutic and therapeutic.recover/regain

A unique feature of Pilates Springboard vs. Pilates Reformer

- Application and independent definition of each branch, which authorizes appropriate tests and operations

- The source is higher than spring due to renewal and is positioned behind or inside the body instead of under it:

This affects the spring force of the springs
The combination of additional work stability independently in each limb and stronger spring tension makes the Springboard much more precise when it comes to individualized exercises and activation and strengthening of the leg.

In BERGENFIELD PHYSICAL THERAPY AND Rehab Center, the plans will be set based on a patient-specific diagnosis. After a thorough functional examination carried out by our therapists/doctors, they will adapt treatment plans that aim to increase stability, promote increased mobility, and eliminate all pain.
